Citarella Termite and Pest Management at 5467 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, Florida.

Not sure how to rate below a 1 star or I would! I have never done a review before, but felt like I couldn't stay silent. Finally after 1 year of being under contract and not being able to say anything or I felt like they wouldn't complete the job....these guys were horrible! Refuse to tent the house because they were lazy and didnt want to do it, we knew its what needed to be done and were recommended that by the home inspector, instead they gave us spot treatment telling us how much better that would be (they were the experts). After coming out over 5 times within 10 months and each time me telling them it needed tenting they continuously refused unless we pay 1500 for it. We were stuck doing spot treatment because it was only thing we had under warranty. After begging and begging, still was refused unless we paid him more...it was his recommendation to do spot treatment! He is the professional, be a man and stand behind your service, you were wrong in the recommendation! Ended up costing us with wood repairs and paint to cover up all the massive holes that were put in ceilings between the bugs and the guy coming out every month. Ruined one bedroom. DO NOT GIVE them business, they are a complete joke, we finally paid a separate company to tent it a couple months ago and will tell everyone we can to never do business with Citarella.
