I wish I could give them negative stars. I used them plenty of times but after this third issue it's my fault I used them this long. This last time I gave them a few shirts that had stains on them and pointed them out. When I returned I asked the girl if the stains came out (same one I dropped them off to that morning) and she said she had no idea. I went home and the stains were still there. I put Dawn dish soap on the stains, washed the shirts and they are gone. They didn't even try to remove them. I also had 9 pants dry cleaned. The person that pressed them creased the one side incorrectly and all the pants have a huge line/wrinkle down the side of them and need to be pressed again. Not just one of the pants it was ALL of them.
