The owners and operaters of the laundromat are very kind and caring people. Sometimes we mirror people when we are having a bad day. These wonderful people have been a blessing in my life for almost 2 decades. They have also taught me a thing or two not jjust about laundering, but life. Before criricizing, get to know someone. I habe never seen or heard anything negative or criticalncoming from them. Remember, not everyone speaks with the same tones of voice. As far as looking like a hobo, this is a laundromat, where they get dirty washing other people's items. They wear clothes that are fit for the job and that are ok to get stained and dirty. You'd be surprised at some of the filth they sometimes clean and the chemicals they have to use.
